Role Description The Manufacturing Head and Operations Head is a full-time, in office role based in Bawal, responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations. This role includes planning and managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and certifications, and optimizing utilization of molding and painting infrastructure. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with OEM clients and internal stakeholders, managing resources and budgets, resolving operational issues, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
