Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing key accounts in the infrastructure solutions space, with a focus on warehouse and retail projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospects,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with project, engineering, and procurement teams to align client requirements with BMI’s service offerings and ensure smooth project handover. The role also involves monitoring sales performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies that support revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

• Strong B2B sales, business development, and account management skills, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or related services.
