We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist
Company Description
SocialTribe.co is a digital marketing agency dedicated to closing the gap between marketing intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The team builds strategies that blend creativity with measurable performance, helping brands grow across social and digital platforms. By combining insights, experimentation, and analytics, SocialTribe crafts campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver clear business outcomes.

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who knows how to turn search traffic into actual business growth — not just move keywords around and call it SEO.
This role is for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with SEO, working across D2C brands, digging into data, finding opportunities and actually executing on them.

What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience in SEO
• Agency experience is mandatory
• Experience working with D2C brands is good to have.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with Backlinking & Outreach

• Experience with Programmatic SEO
• Solid expertise in Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO, including product and category pages
• Experience with Shopify/WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and working in a fast-paced agency environment

“If you know the difference between traffic that looks good on a report and traffic that actually moves the needle? We’re listening.”
And if you’ve already worked with D2C brands in an agency setup, even better. You already know the game.

Compensation: ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹60K Annual Variable
