Role Description The Retail Grocery Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new retail grocery business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting in-person meetings and store visits,



presenting solutions and proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves ongoing account management activities such as monitoring performance, coordinating with internal teams to support client needs, and preparing regular sales and activity reports. The Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a high level of service and long-term partner satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the retail grocery client base.
