Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, follow-ups, sales conversion, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, networking, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Present and explain company products/services.
• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations/proposals as required.
• Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Conduct client meetings or visits when required.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer details, sales records, quotations,



and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
