In this role, you will assist customers, handle routine queries and issues, coordinate with internal teams and partners, escalate complex cases when required, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, suppliers, and partners to resolve customer and booking concerns..
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions in CRM and operational systems..
• Follow established processes, service standards, and escalation procedures..
