Role Description The CS Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. The trainee will support company secretarial and compliance functions, including preparation and filing of statutory documents, maintaining corporate records, and assisting in board and general meeting documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting in drafting resolutions, notices, and minutes,



and helping ensure adherence to applicable corporate laws and regulations. The role may also involve supporting due diligence activities, basic research for corporate advisory assignments, and documentation related to entity formation and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
• Completed CS (Company Secretary) Executive level, with solid interest in corporate laws and compliance.
• Good understanding of Companies Act, secretarial standards, and basic corporate governance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital compliance and documentation tools.
• Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and a professional, ethical approach to client and confidential information.
• Internship or prior exposure in a corporate advisory, legal, or compliance environment is an added advantage.
