About MingrowMingrow is a Business Operating System designed to help businesses manage their day-to-day operations through software. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist customers with software-related queries and provide effective solutions.
? Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
• Understand customer issues related to software and provide appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers on using Mingrow's software and its features.
• Troubleshoot basic software-related issues.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.




• Learn and stay updated with new software features and updates.

? Requirements• B.Tech/B.E. qualification is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Valuable knowledge of software and computer applications.
• Basic understanding of software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain software features clearly.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our Lucknow office.
• Must be ready to attend a walk-in interview.
