Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience and a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
- Masters degree (M.Tech) degree mandatory.
- Knowlede on Python or Gen AI or MERN Stack or knowledge in any IT domain would be an added advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies and educational technologies.
- Masters degree (M.Tech) degree mandatory.

- Should be able to relocate to Hyderabad or Chennai or Andhra Pradesh to the Universities we have partnered with.
