Handle inquiries & do counselling in person, Answer calls professionally to provide information about school & services,prepare MIS report,Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on parents'requests, Resolve customer grievances
Required Candidate profile
2 - 7 yrs of exp with either in Education, sales, HR, customer services & operations. Preferably Graduate / MBA
Valuable Communication. Good Analytical skills & coordination
skills. Team handling exp.
