* Should have solid experience in " W2 And C2C" .
* Handling recruitment of various hierarchies and have very strong exposure to work on different skill sets including few niche skills.
* Handling Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Interviewing, Negotiation, Hiring, Post Offer Follow up, Joining, On -board and Exit formalities respectively.
Should have good communication skills.
