Skills and Competencies1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related assurance functionWorking knowledge of operational and technology auditing concepts, methodologies, and practicesBasic understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and industry standards such as COSO, ISO, and NISTProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical, problem-solving,
and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholdersEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related fieldProfessional certifications or industry accreditations such as CA, CISA, CIA, or equivalent are preferredResponsibilitiesSupport audit leads throughout the audit lifecycle, including planning, task management, test execution, issue validation, and the development of practical audit recommendationsExecute audit procedures and analyze financial, operational, and technology processes and controls within assigned audit engagementsMaintain an understanding of the business areas under review, including associated risks, control environments, and emerging developmentsCommunicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of audit objectives, risk areas, and responsibilitiesApply analytical thinking, process evaluation, and problem-solving techniques to identify control gaps, process improvements, and value-add opportunitiesTake ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with Internal Audit standards, methodologies, and tools and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics,
integrity, and objectivity while exercising appropriate professional skepticismDemonstrate a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiencyShow interest in exploring AI systems and developing awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use and Support ad hoc audit, risk, and assurance activities as requiredAbout the TeamThe Internal Audit team provides independent and objective assurance over the organization's governance, risk management, and control processes. The team partners with stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographies to identify risks, enhance controls, and drive continuous improvement.
