About The Role

Uber for Business is looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to help accelerate growth across some of our largest and most strategic enterprise accounts in India.

This role will be dedicated to Global Strategic Accounts . complex, high-potential organizations where building the right relationships, identifying meaningful business problems, and navigating large stakeholder groups are critical to creating current opportunities.

The role will have a dual focus across Uber's enterprise platform:

• 60% Uber for Business - identifying opportunities across business travel, employee mobility, meals and other enterprise use cases.
• 40% Uber Employee transportation services (ETS) - identifying large-scale employee transportation opportunities and helping customers rethink how they move employees to and from the workplace.

You will partner closely with our Global Strategic Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop account strategies, identify whitespace, engage senior decision-makers, and create qualified pipeline.





This is not a high-volume, scripted prospecting role. We are looking for someone who is commercially curious, highly resourceful and comfortable navigating complex organizations . You should be able to look at a company, understand how it operates, form a point of view on where Uber could create value, and turn that hypothesis into a meaningful customer conversation.

You will often be the first Uber representative engaging a new stakeholder, making your ability to create credibility and uncover real business problems critical to our success.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute prospecting strategies across a portfolio of Global Strategic Accounts in India .
• Develop account-level hypotheses by researching each customer's business, workforce, locations, mobility
