Role Description The Head of Digital Commerce (Ecom & Qcom) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, responsible for leading UrbanGabru’s online sales channels and digital growth initiatives. This role oversees e-commerce and quick commerce operations, including platform management, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and customer experience across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.



The person in this position will analyze web and sales performance data, optimize conversion funnels, and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless online execution. Daily responsibilities include driving digital strategy, managing key projects, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying new growth opportunities in digital channels. The role involves end-to-end ownership of digital revenue targets, process improvements, and continuous innovation in online customer engagement.

Qualifications
• Strong experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation to build and scale e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
• Proven Project Management skills for planning, executing, and optimizing digital commerce initiatives.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership experience, including mentoring teams and collaborating across functions.
