? Role: Service Coordinator / AMC Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator / AMC Coordinator to coordinate service operations, AMC activities and customer support across CCTV, Fire Alarm & Telecom systems.
? Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate between customers and technical/service teams
• Handle service requests, complaints and follow-ups
• Coordinate AMC activities and maintenance schedules
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for site visits
• Provide basic remote troubleshooting support
• Maintain service records, reports and service tickets
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails and chats
• Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams
• Track parts/equipment used during service activities
• Follow up on completed services and customer satisfaction
• Maintain AMC-related records and documentation
• Follow up on pending service requests and closures
? Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Coordination / AMC Coordination / Customer Support
• Experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm or Telecom industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm and Telecom systems
• Basic understanding of Networking & IP-based systems
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks
• Customer-focused and well-organized approach
• Good communication skills in English
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of modern CCTV & Fire Alarm technologies
• Experience with CRM / Service Management Software
• Valuable communication skills in English
