Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consumers, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and resolution efforts related to medical debt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing account portfolios, explaining resolution options, negotiating payment arrangements,



and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and agreements. The Relationship Manager collaborates closely with internal teams to support regulatory compliance, quality standards, and secure handling of sensitive information. This role also involves monitoring account progress, addressing concerns promptly, and consistently delivering a skilled, empathetic customer experience.
