Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Verification Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Verification Engineer will develop and execute verification plans for complex semiconductor designs, collaborating closely with RTL design and validation teams to ensure functional correctness and performance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating testbenches, writing and running test cases, analyzing coverage metrics, and performing systematic debugging of design and verification issues. The role involves participating in design reviews, documenting verification results, and supporting silicon bring-up and product validation activities. The engineer will work within cross-functional project teams to help deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions aligned with Infineon’s quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Solid skills in RTL Design and Functional Verification for digital semiconductor or SoC designs.
• Proficiency in Debugging and Validation of hardware designs, including analysis of test failures and corner cases.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) concepts or comparable quality standards relevant to semiconductor products.
