Job Role: Manager- Influencer Marketing

You should apply if you have:
• A proven track record of planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
• Experience in influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Strong conceptualization skills to develop creative influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Ability to evaluate influencers based on reach, engagement, audience quality, content style, and brand fit.
• A data-driven mindset to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, timelines, and stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment.

• Have no hands-on experience managing influencer/creator campaigns.
• Are unfamiliar with influencer metrics such as reach, engagement rate, CPM, CPV, conversions, and ROI.
• Do not actively follow emerging creators, social media trends, and evolving content formats.
