About Elfina Health

Elfina Health is an online therapy platform on a straightforward bet: therapy outcomes can be improved with data and good systems, not just more human process. We match clients to therapists with a precision algorithm and run the full therapy journey end to end.

We think mental health products today are broken in a specific way: context doesn’t follow the person. When someone switches therapists, or moves between therapy, psychiatry, and coaching, everything they’ve built up gets left behind and restarted from scratch.

That’s what we’re building: care where context carries across, and progress you can see, powered by a lot of data, good systems, and predictive modelling.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to work closely with the founder, internal team, and our external marketing advisor to execute and build Elfina’s growth engine.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll take things from idea to execution – working with agencies and specialists where needed,

but owning the process and making sure things actually get done.

You’ll work from a clear brief and direction, set with the founder and our advisor. What matters most is execution with ownership: you take that brief, figure out how to make it happen, and see it through.

What You’ll Work On

– Performance and influencer marketing. Support our paid and influencer campaigns, coordinate with agencies, track campaign performance, and help identify what is and isn’t working.

– Analytics. Own our marketing data, tracking and reporting, track the numbers that matter, and turn them into clear insights and actions.

– Funnel and activation. Look at the full funnel, not just the top. Track how leads move from first click to first session, and work with the team to improve conversion at each step.

– Agency and partner coordination. Work closely with our social media agency, influencers and specialists, brief them well, manage timelines
