Could you be the full-time GFC Continuous Improvement Lead in Bengaluru, India, we’re looking for?

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process improvement and quality management expertise in a current cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and strategic-thinking teammates.
You'll lead the way in establishing and promoting Lean Six Sigma processes within our organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as GFC leadership teams and country/region finance leadership teams), drive standardization of processes, and much more.




You’ll specifically take care of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement projects, as well as developing and continuously training operational teams in quality and Lean concepts.
We’ll look to you for:
• Supervision of quality assurance activities
• Meeting and exceeding quality and continuous improvement objectives
• Liaising with process owners, leads, and managers to address process issues
• Supporting global initiatives towards continuous improvements
• Converting stakeholder feedback into improvement actions
• Monitoring process data and root cause analyses to ensure quality standards
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects as required
