Key Responsibilities:
• Franchise Development: Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners to ensure smooth operations and growth.
• Store Handling: Supervise multiple stores, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.
• Business Development: Explore new opportunities, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:




• 4–8 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Sales & Marketing, or Franchise Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and drive performance.
• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred.
