We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Business Development & Customer Success Executive to join our team and take ownership of customer interactions for PracMind, our software platform for mental health professionals.
This is a customer-facing role that combines software demonstrations, customer relationship management, business development and product communication.





What you'll be doing• Conduct online and onsite demonstrations of PracMind.
• Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing PracMind customers.
• Assist customers with onboarding and understanding the software.
• Coordinate with our technical team whenever customer issues or support requirements arise.
• Understand how customers use the product and provide useful feedback to our product team.
• Identify usability issues, customer requirements and opportunities for product improvement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.
• Create content related to PracMind and its features for social media and other marketing channels.
• Participate in creating product videos, feature explanations, reels, presentations and other promotional content.
