Nature Crafter – Early Years Educator

GD’s MINDFL Early Learning Centre | Coimbatore

At MINDFL, our educators are called Nature Crafters — thoughtful adults who observe, guide and grow alongside children.

We are looking for someone who is warm, curious and passionate about creating meaningful early childhood experiences through play, nature, stories, art, movement and hands-on exploration.

What you’ll do

* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Observe and document children’s learning
* Prepare thoughtful learning spaces and provocations
* Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
* Build warm relationships with children and families
* Work closely with the MINDFL team to reflect, plan and grow





What we’re looking for

* Background in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / Child Development or related field
* Experience working with young children preferred
* Robust communication and observation skills
* Patient, creative and open to learning
* Interest in progressive, nature-connected early education
