Role Purpose:
We are looking for a sincere, mature, disciplined and highly dependable professional to work closely with the CMD. The role requires extensive travel with the CMD across company locations and other business destinations, along with strong coordination, follow-up and executive support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accompany the CMD on official travel, plant visits, business meetings, customer/vendor visits and other official engagements across locations.
• Coordinate the CMD’s meetings, schedules, travel plans and business priorities.
• Attend meetings wherever required and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), action points and follow-up trackers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with respective departments/functions on actions and commitments arising from CMD meetings.
• Coordinate with senior management, plant teams, functional heads and other stakeholders on behalf of the CMD Office.
• Prepare reports, MIS, presentations,
briefing notes and business updates for management review.
• Support the CMD during business reviews, plant visits and other management meetings.
• Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Undertake any other business coordination or special assignments entrusted by the CMD.
Candidate Profile:
• MBA from a recognized institute
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the CMD/MD/CEO Office, Executive Assistance, Business Coordination, Management Reporting or a similar role.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively with the CMD across all locations, based on business requirements.
• Highly sincere, disciplined, trustworthy and dependable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Flexible with working hours and travel schedules as per business
