LandWey is looking for a Business Associate – Real Estate who has strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and can confidently communicate with customers, handle property enquiries, make follow-up calls, and manage day-to-day activities related to our website and property listings.
The ideal candidate should be strong in real estate market, customer communication, lead follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
*Handle incoming enquiries from LandWey website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
*Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their land/property requirements.
Explain property details, locations, pricing, connectivity, project information, and investment-related aspects to customers.
*Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead status.
*Identify genuine and high-potential customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
*Manage and update property listings on the LandWey website, including availability,



pricing, location, photographs, descriptions, and other details.
*Coordinate with the internal team to ensure property information on the website is accurate and up to date.
*Understand different types of properties including agricultural land, residential plots, commercial land, industrial land, and development projects.
*Maintain robust knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding real estate locations, upcoming infrastructure, connectivity, and major growth corridors.
*Coordinate with customers, sales team, site team, documentation/legal team, and management when required.
*Track customer requirements and suggest suitable properties from LandWey's listings.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
*Ensure timely follow-up so that no genuine lead is missed.
