We're bringing social media in-house at Choice TechLab. There's more happening inside our engineering and product teams than our feeds currently show.

We're looking for someone who understands technology, writes brilliantly, thinks visually, uses AI intelligently and knows what makes content worth consuming.

What you'll own
• Social Media: Strategy, content calendars, publishing, community management and performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Content Creation: End-to-end ownership of copy, creatives, carousels, Reels, Shorts, videos and tech explainers. From finding the story to publishing it.
• Leadership Branding: LinkedIn thought leadership, executive ghostwriting and personal branding for our senior leadership.
• AI-Powered Content: Use generative AI for research, ideation, writing, design, video, repurposing, analytics and workflow automation.



AI-assisted is great. AI-looking isn't.
• Employer Branding: Make our engineers, people, products and culture worth following.
• Website & SEO: Collaborate with our SEO Manager to connect social media, search visibility and website content.
• In-house Ownership: Help transition from agency-led execution to a smarter, faster in-house content function.

Who we're looking for
The ideal crossover: someone who studied technology and chose creativity.

• Education: B.Sc. IT / Computer Science, BCA, B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years in social media marketing, content marketing or brand storytelling, preferably across tech, SaaS, fintech, IT services, startups or digital agencies.
• Skills: Excellent copywriting, storytelling, creative judgment, video understanding, platform expertise, social media analytics and practical AI fluency.
