Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute,
and optimize data-driven digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and affiliate networks to drive qualified leads and conversions for aabo’s digital health solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring campaign performance, running A/B tests, and refining targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to align campaigns with business objectives, develop landing pages and funnels, and analyze user behavior to enhance acquisition and retention. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to scale campaigns efficiently.
