Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu.



This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of health insurance business through direct sales, agent channels, and corporate partnerships. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting ABHICL’s product offerings in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include overseeing local sales activities, monitoring team performance, providing guidance and training to sales representatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers and intermediaries, gathering market insights, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.
