The Social Media Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Churchgate, Mumbai. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote BMA’s programs, events, initiatives, and brand presence. The Social Media Executive will manage daily posting schedules, monitor online engagement, respond to queries and comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice.




The role also involves supporting and coordinating BMA events, including event promotions, registrations, on-ground coordination, participant communication, and post-event engagement. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop campaigns, promote programs, and ensure effective event visibility.
Additionally, the role will involve supporting membership and program sales, including reaching out to prospective participants and members, following up on enquiries, promoting BMA programs and events, and building strong qualified relationships. The candidate will track performance metrics, prepare reports on reach and engagement, and recommend new ideas to strengthen BMA’s digital presence, event participation, and business outreach.
Qualifications• Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
