Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Pune City. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers, and support lead generation activities across assigned territories. The role involves understanding homeowner's energy needs, presenting tailored rooftop solar solutions, and guiding them through the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.



The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely follow-ups, and high customer satisfaction, while contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management, including nurturing prospects and managing customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or related sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
