About the Role
The Pricing Analyst will support the global pricing organization by developing pricing frameworks, recommending pricing actions, and identifying opportunities to improve customer value, revenue, and margin growth.
Based in the Pune Global Capability Center (GCC), this role will focus on developing scalable pricing tools and leveraging AI and automation to streamline reporting, analysis, and recurring pricing workflows.
Working closely with the US-based Pricing Director, the individual will contribute to pricing strategy, customer value analysis, pricing models, performance metrics, governance, and monitoring. The role will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Revenue, Purchasing, Marketing, and Data/Analytics teams to deliver effective pricing strategies and increasingly automated pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Tools, Automation & AI
• Design, develop, and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, and SQL.
• Leverage AI and automation technologies, including Python scripting, RPA,



and Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, to automate manual pricing workflows and improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with IT and Data/Analytics teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities, including demand forecasting, price elasticity modeling, and anomaly detection, into pricing processes.
• Manage internal and external price optimization tools to monitor competitor pricing and inventory levels.
• Develop data-driven insights to support pricing decisions, improve operational efficiency, and optimize revenue and margins.

2. Customer & Market Intelligence
• Develop a solid understanding of customer value drivers, purchasing behavior, and business economics.
• Analyze customer spending patterns across product portfolios to support informed commercial decisions.
