• Translate client knowledge gaps (e.g., assessing a new software market or a healthcare supply chain) into actionable search parameters.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
• Guide and upskill a small team of delivery recruiters, driving daily sourcing strategies and ensuring the team hits tight turnaround times (24–72 hours) for expert placements.
• Oversee quality control for the team's expert profiles,
monitoring pipeline metrics to maintain exceptional delivery standards across all open client accounts.
• Expert Sourcing & Recruiting (Qualitative Identification):
• Use your market research/desk research skills to map out target industries, competitors, and value chains.
• Identify, pitch, and recruit C-level executives, scientists, and industry leaders to join the expert network for specific consultations.
Compliance & Quality Control:
• Screen and vet experts to ensure they closely match the client’s exact criteria, ensuring no conflicts of interest exist.
• Ensure the speed and accuracy of candidate delivery, moving from the initial client brief to scheduling expert interviews within 4 to 24 hours.
Account Growth & Partnership:
• Maintain robust relationships with regular client users, ensuring high satisfaction with the experts provided.
• Spot opportunities to expand coverage into other divisions or offer additional expert services.
