Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work model, combining on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities for Factech’s product suite, including Kaizen, iBill, iFrontDesk, within the commercial, corporates, healthcare sector. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success. The role also requires tracking market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
