Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving enrollment growth and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions.



This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and guiding prospective learners through program offerings and admissions processes. The associate will perform market research to understand learner needs, competitive offerings, and emerging trends in the EdTech and higher education space. Daily activities include delivering impactful presentations and product demos, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to optimize outreach campaigns. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, contributing to strategic business development initiatives, and ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience for prospective learners and partners.
