Role Description The Sales Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and strategic collaborations that support Connplex’s expansion plans.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The individual will work closely with internal teams to align business proposals with operational capabilities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and track key performance metrics. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, representing the brand at industry events, and providing market insights to inform growth strategies.
