Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and coordinate architectural solutions for BIM/AEC projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining architectural plans and models, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and reviewing designs for technical accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.



The role involves coordinating with BIM specialists, engineers, and project managers to ensure information consistency, clash-free models, and clear construction documentation. The Architect will participate in client meetings, support design presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal design and documentation processes.
Qualifications
• Solid architectural design and space planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar) for modeling, coordination, and documentation.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and industry standards relevant to AEC projects.
• Experience preparing detailed drawings, schedules, and technical documentation for all project stages.
