Job Description
The National Head – University Partnerships will be responsible for leading and expanding strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions across India. The role involves driving business growth through new institutional collaborations, building robust relationships with university leadership, leading a high-performing team, and developing partnership strategies that support the organization's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the National University Partnerships (B2B) function across India.
• Identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard new university and institutional partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership and key decision-makers.




• Drive strategic collaborations to expand the organization's academic partner network.
• Lead a multi-location team and ensure achievement of partnership and business growth targets.

Skill Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in University Partnerships, Business Development, or Institutional Alliances within the EdTech/Education sector.
• Proven experience in leading a multi-location B2B partnerships or business development team.
• Strong understanding of higher education, university ecosystem, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Aggressive, target-oriented professional with a proven track record of closing strategic partnerships.
