Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-oriented Information Technology Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations for our India Delivery Center in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology services while maintaining strong operational alignment between our U.S.
and India IT organizations.
The IT Manager will serve as the primary technology leader for the Hyderabad and Noida offices and a key liaison between India business leadership and the broader IT organization. Success in this position requires a combination of robust IT operations leadership, technical knowledge, service orientation, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with business and technology leaders across geographies.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a consistent on-site presence. The successful candidate will be expected to report to and work from the Hyderabad office daily and travel approximately 10–20% to other India locations, including Noida.
