Legrand, a leading brand under IN‑NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, seeks a dynamic Territory Manager – Projects to spearhead sales initiatives in the North Bengal region. Based in Siliguri, you will cultivate relationships with government departments, builders and contractors, promote Legrand’s electrical and digital solutions, and achieve revenue targets for the Project Sales division.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the North Bengal territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department officials, builders, and contractors.
• Present and promote Legrand’s product portfolio to key decision‑makers.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in electrical project sales or related domain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and digital systems used in construction projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across North Bengal and manage a territory.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Bengali.
