Role Description
The Facilitator (Early Years Assistant Facilitator) is a full time, on-site role based at a KLAY centre in Gurugram. The role involves supporting lead educators in implementing play-based learning experiences, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment,



and assisting with daily routines such as arrival, dispersal, mealtimes, and rest periods. The Facilitator engages children in age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while observing and documenting their progress. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety standards, preparing learning materials, communicating with parents and guardians as needed, and collaborating with the centre team to ensure high-quality early childhood experiences. The Facilitator may also support inclusive practices and early intervention efforts under guidance from senior staff.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of early childhood development, child psychology, or preschool education, preferably supported by a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
