The Assistant Manager of Emergency Response Management is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating the airline's Emergency Response Plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DGCA/ICAO/IATA) and readiness to manage aircraft accidents, serious incidents, and crisis situations. Acts as a key link between operations, ground handling, medical, security, and external agencies during emergencies and drills.
Qualification & Experience
• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Certification in Emergency Response/Crisis Management or SMS (Safety Management System)
• Experience:
• 4-5 years in airline/airport operations, safety, or emergency response
• Prior exposure to crisis management, mock drills etc.
Skill set
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for airline safety and emergency readiness.
• Robust crisis management and decision-making under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Go-Team/Family Assistance procedures
• Ability to conduct training and mock emergency drills

• Manage cross-departmental teams and act as liaison across departments to ensure emergency response preparedness and regulatory compliance
• Ensure emergency preparedness across every department, including airports, and direct evaluation of departmental emergency preparedness plans
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Direct research, review, and evaluation of external source materials on airline emergency operations and assistance program
• Coordinate to develop and update the Company’s Emergency Response Manual
