Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Fixed Income Sales for Institutions at A. K. Group, across locations in India (Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Kolkata). The role involves engaging with Institutions (Banks, Retirement Funds & Corporate Treasuries) to drive sales and provide financial solutions in the Fixed Income Market Segment.

Travel Required: Yes – Domestic (Intra City as well as Inter City)
Base Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Kolkata

What We’re Looking For
Education: MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.

What You’ll Do
As a Fixed Income Sales professional, your primary responsibilities include:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, retirement funds, corporate treasuries, financial institutions, and charitable trusts
• Sales Excellence: Drive the placement of NCDs (Bonds), Government Securities and other fixed-income products, ensuring high client satisfaction
• Current Business Development: Explore and onboard new clients in untapped segments / regions
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on developments in the debt mark
