Role Description: The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager – U.S. Multifamily Portfolio is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of U.S. multifamily real estate assets, focusing on performance optimization, risk management, and value creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing property-level financials, monitoring operating performance, and collaborating with property managers and third-party partners. The role also involves preparing asset management reports, supporting investment decision-making,



and participating in strategic planning for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects. The individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio objectives are met and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of our U.S. multifamily real estate portfolio.

The portfolio currently consists of approximately 194 residential units in Macon, Georgia, with opportunities for expansion through additional acquisitions.

This individual will act as the primary owner’s representative, ensuring our third-party property management companies, contractors, leasing teams, and other service providers are performing effectively.
