Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Adhere to process guidelines,



quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches.
• Arts & Science graduates only.
• Candidates should possess solid communication skills and a willingness to work in the US Shift.

• Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines.
