Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls, engage potential customers, explain product offerings, and guide them through the teeth alignment services. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries,



maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and working closely with the sales and clinical teams to schedule consultations. The role also involves providing clear information about treatment options, addressing customer questions, and ensuring a positive, professional experience throughout the sales cycle. Performance will be measured through lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
