1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, handling leads, driving property visits, achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive setting.

2. Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase leads, conversions and revenue.
Generate, manage, and monitor leads through calls, digital channels, referrals and other sources.
Assign leads and sales targets to team members and monitor their progress.




Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
Handle important clients and support the team in high-value negotiations and closures.
Coordinate and monitor property/site visits and ensure effective follow-up.
Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, site visits and revenue.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback and sales support.
Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
