Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The associate will identify and qualify prospective learners and institutional partners, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and nurture leads through the counseling and enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



understanding program offerings, presenting LearningShala’s value proposition, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with mentors, counseling teams, and marketing to align messaging, support campaigns, and achieve enrollment and revenue targets while delivering a positive experience for prospective students.
