Technical Developer – SAP SuccessFactors

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Developer with 5–10 years of experience in SuccessFactors development, integrations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Work with Integration Center, OData APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite.
• Work primarily with Employee Central and related SuccessFactors modules.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
• Perform data mapping, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional and business teams.

Required Skills




• 5–10 years of IT experience with strong SAP SuccessFactors technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integrations and Integration Center.
• Strong knowledge of OData, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON.
• Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Positive understanding of Employee Central and the SuccessFactors data model.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
• SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with ECP integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP.
• Experience with SFTP and third-party integrations.
