Role Description The Purchase Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders,



and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Purchase Executive will track inventory needs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate purchase records, working closely with production and project teams to understand material requirements, and resolving any discrepancies related to deliveries or invoices. The role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth operations for galvanizing plant projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
