Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues at our client site in Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities• Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/networking connectivity issues.
• Provide support for MS Office, Outlook and printer-related issues.
• Perform basic user and system administration activities.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure proper tracking of equipment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.




• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain service quality.

Required Skills• Hands-on experience in Desktop/IT Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN/networking.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and printers.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) will be an advantage.
• Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.

Candidate Requirements• 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida.
• Only candidates residing nearby and able to commute conveniently to the site should apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable with the offered salary range of ₹15,000–₹17,000 per month.
